When UpKeep run a plumbing assessment the first time, it saves all the fixtures and equipment as well as their condition and the next maintenance service into a database. This means that when a tenant alerts you of a plumbing issue, or if your client asks you for quotes to replace some fixture or equipment, we don't have to come to site and can give you an estimate very quickly.
Likewise, once a property is in our database, our interventions are quick and efficient because we come to site with the right part(s) for the job.
We also keep for you a log of all plumbing parts that have been replaced, so that if they fail during their warranty period, the landlord does not have to pay for the part, only the labour. That logbook also allows us to track programmed maintenance and help you stay on top of that part of property management.
