The plumbing system is often a part of a building that is overlooked, particularly when the occupants are used to it. However, it is a critical part of a dwelling and when one of its components fails, it often disrupts the comfort of the occupant and results in unexpected and significant expenses for the owner.
The aim of our yearly plumbing assessment is to anticipate such situation. By informing the owner, it is possible to fix and maintain while it is still time or have the time to plan ahead the replacement of equipment coming to the end of their life. That’s what we call delivering peace of mind.
